A penthouse apartment located in the bustling, beach side suburb of Manly. We were tasked with creating a stunning penthouse that spanned across two entire floors.

Minimal, serene, inviting, and coastal. This project saw us utilise natural materials and analyse our surroundings to pull inspiration.

A simple colour palette and materials board was selected for this home. We wanted the residence to pay homage to the beachy suburb it is nestled in.

Exterior design
Utilising the historical Art Deco building this apartment is located in, we added a rooftop oasis reminiscent of a country escape.
